Our experience with Ricky was exceptional and supportive. With a friendly demeanor, he greeted us and asked for a quick debrief of the problem. Within 5-10 minutes, he knew exactly what was wrong within the system and how to fix it. He reset our system, making the necessary repairs, and never ceased to have a kind smile on his face. He double and triple checked our system before he left, ensuring that it was operating correctly. When I asked specific questions, he explained the dynamics of our system and the issue in an easy to understand format. I felt that I came away with more knowledge of the function of our system simply because he took time to explain it to me.
